We'll provide you with hands-on experience using our top-of-the-line Kaleido Roasters. You'll be roasting multiple 100g batches throughout the workshop. The coffee used in the class is a specially curated selection of seasonal offerings, chosen to provide a diverse and rewarding learning experience.

Absolutely! After the roasting session, we'll gather for a cupping session to evaluate the different batches you've created. Following the cupping, any remaining coffee you roasted is yours to take home and enjoy.

Yes, there is a lunch break factored into the day's schedule. However, please note that food is not provided during the workshop. You are welcome to bring your own lunch to enjoy during the break. We also have a kitchenette available for your use, complete with a fridge and microwave. Alternatively, you can explore the selection of eateries in the surrounding area.

For safety reasons, comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are required as you'll be working with roasting equipment. To ensure the best possible cupping experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing strong fragrances, as these can interfere with the ability to discern subtle coffee flavours.
